You are prohibited from using Property Focus to do any of the following:

  1. Determine someone's eligibility for personal credit or insurance, or assess risks related to existing credit obligations.
  2. Make decisions about hiring, promoting, reassigning, or retaining someone for employment (this includes household workers like babysitters, cleaners, or contractors).
  3. Use the information for any personal business transactions with others (such as renting an apartment).
