Property Focus provides you with accurate and up-to-date information that you can rely on. Our data is curated from multiple credible sources and refreshed on a regular basis.

Comprehensive Searches and Reports

Our service provides members with quick access to information on properties, owners, and residents.

Proactive Monitoring and Email Alerts

We provide you automatic updates on up to 10 reports if public data on them changes. You will receive an automatic email alerting you that something in the report has changed. This way, you don’t need to log in to the website to run the reports every month.

How do I cancel my membership?

Call our Member Support team at 1-800-310-4347, and we will further assist you with your membership. Or, log in to visit your My Account page for further cancellation instructions.
